What's a Manager's Special?

Whenever we have a surplus of extra rooms unreserved and available throughout the year, we reduce their rates and list them right here so that you can take advantage of some great savings.

What types of rooms are available with the Manager's Special?

One or two different room types (1, 2 or 3 bedroom suites) may be available at any time of the year with our Manager's Specials. For example, we may be sold out on all of our 1 and 2 bedroom suites, but can offer a big discount on 3-bedroom units because we have a few left over during a specific timeframe. Other times, we may be able to offer bargains on all three room types for a specific range of stay dates. One thing is certain, wherever we find extra rooms that we can discount, you'll find them up for grabs right here.

Will I receive less service during my stay if I reserve a room with a Manager's Special rate?

Our exceptional staff values every guest that stays at the Horizon. Expect to receive the best customer care and attention, no matter what room type or rate you reserve.

Are there always Manager's Specials running?

Horizon's manager tries to develop a special for every month of the year. However, during peak season and around major holidays, our beautiful resort may sell out quickly and not have any rooms to offer.  However, when overstock rooms are available, rest assured, you will find them listed here.

How long do Manager's Special rates last?

Manager's Specials are based on the number of rooms available for specific stay dates, not a time frame. For example, if our manager finds 15 2-bedroom suites open & available during the second week of August, the rate will be good on those 15 rooms until they are reserved, or the time frame the rooms were available has passed (ie, the second week of August has passed).
