North Charleston, about an hour south of Pawley's Island, is the new site of the a Boeing 787 assembly plant, soon to be constructed. For a job site, North Charleston might seem like a long commute to the Grand Strand. Yet, some will make it in order to cash in on construction work and, ultimately with the opening of the plant, on assembly work. Either way, directly or indirectly, this new employer will benefit us.
