Summertime means grilling, so find the nearest barbeque grill and fire it up. The beaches of the Grand Strand have restrictions on grilling at surfside, but plenty of other options exist. Flavorful chicken marinated overnight in spices, juicy steaks, succulent corn, and ripe veggies all do great on the grill. Even some grilled dessert recipes are out there...somewhere.
